Estimate bleeding risk for patients on warfarin
The ATRIA (Anticoagulation and Risk Factors in Atrial Fibrillation) study followed up 13,559 adults with nonvalvular, nontransient atrial fibrillation with 9,186 patients on warfarin. There are 6 variables used for the calculation of the score.
Severe renal disease/dialysis
Age ≥ 75
Prior severe hemorrhage
