The Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events (GRACE) risk score was designed to predict outcomes in patients presenting with acute coronary syndrome. The GRACE study was an international registry that included a total of 102,341 patients hospitalized with acute coronary syndrome from nearly 250 hospitals in 30 countries, between 1999 and 2009.
